Join your fellow Frontrunners for a special Lake Weekend trip at the Tumalo Lake Lodge!
We will meet up on Friday, May 15th and stay through Monday morning on May 18th at the historic and unique Tumalo Lake Lodge.
Surrounding Tumalo Lake is a large lodge and 4 smaller cabins. The Portland Frontrunners are staying in the large lodge and the Portland Gay Bridge Group (♠️♥️ ♣️ ♦️) is staying in the remaining cabins for the weekend (with their own events). It will be the highest density of LGBTQIA+ people Tumalo Lake has ever seen! 🏳️🌈
During the weekend there will be opportunities to run/walk/hike in nature, swim in the lake, and/or stay inside and do puzzles. There are opportunities for wildlife viewing (BYOB - bring your own binoculars), mountain biking (BYOB - bring your own bike), boating (BYOB - bring your own boat, or use what they have available), games (BYOB - bring your own board games, or hope the lodge has some with all their pieces accounted for), hot tubs (BYOB - bring your own bathing suit), a sauna (BYOB - bring your own bottled water to rehydrate), and access to many hiking trails (BYOB - bring your own boots for hiking).
Lodge Weekends are open to paid members of Portland Frontrunners only. For those who haven't been to a Lodge Weekend, we encourage you to speak with a Board Member, or someone who has attended, about their experience. Whether you want to try some new adventures or relax by a fire, this is a great opportunity to get to know your fellow Frontrunners.

Monday Breakfast - LEFTOVERS!
Meals are made by you and your lodgemates - a sign up sheet will be created prior to the weekend.
The regularly scheduled Saturday and Sunday run/walk/hike will still take place.
PLEASE NOTE: Rooms are broken out on a per person basis. For instance, for friends or a couple to get one queen bedroom, you must purchase both spots for that particular room. All beds are shared by two people unless it’s a twin bed. Please let us know if you have any questions before purchasing and we’d be happy to walk you through it. For this trip, prices range from $250 to $390 per spot.
Portland Frontrunners offers subsidized memberships, apparel, and event costs to those experiencing financial hardship. Please fill out our Charitable Giving and Financial Aid Request form. Personal information will be handled in the strictest of confidence.
Refund Policy: Full refunds can be requested two months prior to the start of the lodge weekend. If it is less than two months, refunds are not guaranteed. Please reach out to the board to see what options are available.
